Cancellation Policy

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we're here to make the cancellation process as hassle-free as possible.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact us as soon as possible, since we may begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Cancellations approved before shipment are free of charge — no cancellation fee applies.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, or if the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, it generally cannot be canceled through the order-cancellation process. Please follow the applicable return process through our Return and Refund Policy. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
