2. Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Crest Havo website located at cresthavo.com ("Website") and shipped to customers within the contiguous United States. Crest Havo is operated by SE Stores LLC.

4. Return Eligibility

Eligible customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined below. We accept eligible returns for both non-defective products and products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4.1 Conditions for Return

  • For Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): The product must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition received, in its original packaging, with all applicable labels and tags attached, including applicable accessories, manuals, and other originally included materials. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For Defective or Damaged Returns: Defective or damaged products are not subject to the 20% restocking fee, and Crest Havo will cover applicable return shipping costs. Please provide photographs or videos documenting the damage or defect.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or other reasonable proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@cresthavo.com or call 615-502-4150 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs or videos when applicable. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Do not send a product back without following our return instructions. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the applicable refund.

5.2 Preparing Your Return. Package the Item Safely: Securely package the item to help prevent damage during return shipping. Where applicable, use the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and other originally included materials. Include Documentation: Include the return authorization information and any supporting documentation requested by our Customer Service team. Return Label: For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Crest Havo will provide or arrange an appropriate prepaid return shipping label.

5.3 Shipping the Return. Method: Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Return Window: Once your return has been authorized, follow the return instructions and shipping deadline provided by our Customer Service team.

6. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items): Crest Havo will cover applicable return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

7. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

7.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind (Non-Defective Products). Eligibility: The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and have applicable tags and labels attached. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Refund: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the applicable 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

7.2 Defective or Damaged Goods. Notification: For packages that arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For defects discovered after delivery, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the defect. Documentation: Please provide photographs or videos showing the damage or defect when possible. Resolution: Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may provide a replacement or a full refund. No restocking fee applies, and Crest Havo will cover applicable return shipping costs.

7.3 Incorrect Product Received. If you receive an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where the error is confirmed, arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and work to provide the correct product at no additional cost to you.

7.4 Product Never Arrived. Notification: Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy. Resolution: We will work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the product is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

7.5 Order Cancellation. Before Shipment: Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible because we may begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If an eligible cancellation is approved before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded. After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled through the order-cancellation process. Please follow the applicable return process after receiving the product. A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns after shipment, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Conditions. Approval: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item and determine that the applicable return requirements have been satisfied. Notification: We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Condition: Items must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in Section 4.

8.2 Refund Processing. Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days. Additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

8.3 Partial Refunds. A partial refund may be considered where: a returned item is not in its original condition for reasons unrelated to an error by Crest Havo; parts, accessories, manuals, tags, or other originally included materials are missing; or other circumstances warrant a partial refund under the applicable return conditions.

9. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability and our review of the applicable claim. To request an exchange, contact us at support@cresthavo.com or 615-502-4150. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution, such as a refund.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns: Custom or personalized items; Items marked as "Final Sale." Additional product-specific return restrictions may apply where disclosed on the applicable product page or provided by the manufacturer.

The CT Element Studio: the only Element that gets deeper, not just wider

Full glass front, thermally modified Thermo Grandis instead of cedar, and an optional warm lighting package. The Studio is the 64x84: 191 cubic feet, comfortable for up to four. It is the only size in the range where the depth changes, 64¾ inches against 54¾ on both the Nook and the Loft. That extra ten inches is floor, in front of the bench: room to stand up, to towel off, and to pass someone who is already sitting down.

Built to order in Melancthon, Ontario and shipped flat, as pre-cut panels, which is the only reason a room this size can be put into a finished basement at all. Traditional rock-and-steam heat, not infrared, so it reaches real sauna temperature and takes water on the stones.

Straight answer first

Where the Studio earns its place: and why the depth matters more than the width

The Studio is the only Element where the room changes shape rather than just getting longer. Nook and Loft are both 54¾ inches deep. The Studio is 64¾. Ten inches does not sound like much until you are the person standing up while someone else is on the bench, or reaching past a hot heater guard to get to the door.

That is what the extra depth buys: floor. Room to stand, room to towel off inside rather than in the doorway, and clearance around the heater when the room is full. The bench geometry itself is unchanged, upper bench 36 inches off the floor, lower bench at 18, exactly as on the Nook, because LeisureCraft builds all three to the same section.

It is still an indoor, electric, traditional sauna. Outdoors is the cedar barrel and cabin line, and if you want infrared this is the wrong product.

Core material

Thermo Grandis: the material choice behind the Studio

The wood is thermally modified in Ontario before it is ever cut. The process drives moisture and sugars out of the timber, which is what makes it hold its shape in a room that swings from ambient to sauna temperature several times a week. Wood that still holds sugar moves, cups and weeps. That matters more on a four-person room than on the smaller two, because a Studio tends to be run back to back, with the door opened between sittings, and it carries the largest panel area in the line taking every one of those cycles.

It also produces the deep, even brown you see in the photographs. That is the treatment, not a stain or a veneer, so it does not wear off the surface, and there is nothing to reapply. At 64¾ by 84¾ inches the Studio shows more of it than either of the smaller two, including the run of Thermo Grandis floor between the lower bench and the heater guard that a 54¾-inch room does not have.

How the Studio is built


Triple-layer walls

Interior wood, a vapor barrier, an air gap and an exterior finish. The air gap is the useful part: it lets an electrician route the heater and light wiring inside the wall, so nothing is surface-mounted down a panel you have to look at. What travels through the gap on this model is the wiring for a 6 kW heater, in the one Element whose side walls run 64¾ inches deep rather than 54¾.


Fully framed floor

A fully framed floor on solid wood joists with a Thermo Grandis surface, so the room arrives structurally finished rather than needing a base built for it. It sits level on an existing floor with no separate pan and no drain, which is what lets an Element go into a basement or a spare room without plumbing work. It is also the only floor in the line built for a 64¾-inch-deep cabin, and that is what the Studio's standing room is laid on.


10 mm glass, and ten more inches of floor

The door and front window are 10 mm glass, noticeably thicker than the glass on the outdoor barrel and cabin models, and on this size the front wall carries three lites, a hinged door with a fixed panel to either side, across an opening 74¾ inches wide. The bench section is the one thing the extra depth does not change: LeisureCraft's drawing puts the upper bench 36 inches off the floor and the lower at 18, both dimensioned at 19½ inches on its assembly sheet, the same section on all three sizes. So the extra ten inches lands as floor in front of the bench, not as a deeper seat.

Choosing your heater

Six kilowatts: the same heater the Loft takes

The Studio takes 6 kW, the same output as the Loft, despite holding roughly forty percent more air. That surprises people, and it is the one place where the biggest Element does not cost you more: same heater, same circuit. Three heaters fit it, and choosing between them is about control and floor space, not heat.


Harvia KIP

Finnish, wall-mounted, with the controls built into the heater itself. LeisureCraft publishes its stone capacity at 44 lb (20 kg), the smallest of the three, and it is the only one of the three with no Wi-Fi option. On the Studio it is taken in the 6 kW size, the output LeisureCraft prints against this model. The straightforward choice, and the lowest-priced of the three.


Homecraft Revive Slim

Canadian-made and only eight inches deep, 13.5″ x 8″ x 36″, the slimmest of the three against the wall. The Studio is the one size that does not need that: with ten inches more depth than a Nook or a Loft, floor is not what you are short of here, so the Revive Slim gets picked for its stone instead. It holds 100 lb (45 kg), more than double the Harvia, which is what lets it hold a steadier temperature through a long session. It runs from its own Homecraft control, local or Wi-Fi, which you choose with the heater at the top of this page.


HUUM Drop

Estonian-made, and the stone champion of the three: 120 lb (55 kg) against the Harvia’s 44 lb, nearly three times as much, and that mass is what gives the softer, longer-lasting steam. In a Studio that 120 lb is working 191 cubic feet, the largest room in the line the Drop is asked to hold, which is the case for choosing it on this size. Wall-mounted, run from its own HUUM UKU control unit (local or Wi-Fi, chosen with the heater at the top of this page), and the one buyers pick on looks as much as on output.

Living with it

What a week in the Element Studio actually looks like

Back-to-back

Four people through it in a morning without the room dropping out of temperature between sittings. 191 cubic feet of air changes temperature more slowly when the door opens than the Nook’s 93 does, so nobody is standing there waiting for it to recover.

Standing room

The ten inches of extra depth is the part you feel every session, standing up, turning round, stepping past the heater guard while someone else is on the bench. It is why the Studio reads as a room rather than a cabinet.

When it is the center of the space

An 84¾-inch-wide front that is mostly glass is a wall, not a window. In a gym or a wellness room the Studio ends up being the thing the room is arranged around, which is worth planning for before the crate arrives.

The household of four

Not four people in rotation, four people in the room. That is the point at which the extra depth stops being comfort and starts being the thing that makes it usable.

The home or performance gym

Where people finish sessions at different times and the sauna has to take them as they come. The larger air volume holds temperature through repeated door openings, so the last one in is not waiting for it.

The studio or clinic

The glass front and the finish read as a design object in a treatment room. One thing to settle first: LeisureCraft’s published warranty is residential, so ask us about commercial coverage before you order.

Dimensions are LeisureCraft's published figures, checked against their engineering drawings, all three interior volumes reconcile exactly. Note that LeisureCraft's own spec table mis-prints the Studio's exterior metric conversions, it lists 64.75" as 215 cm and 84.75" as 224 cm, where the correct figures are 164 cm and 215 cm. The imperial figures above govern.

Delivery, access, and what to have ready


Freight included

Freight and all cross-border charges are already in the price, curbside to the contiguous 48 states. A few situations do add cost, a tilt-tow truck, an address change after the crate has shipped, or terminal storage if a delivery appointment stalls. Every one of them is avoidable, and every one is listed in plain language on our shipping policy.


Built to order

Nothing is stocked. Your unit joins the production queue in Melancthon, Ontario, and is cut to your order, which is also why LeisureCraft accepts no returns on it. Your build confirmation comes to you in writing with the production window and the exact crate dimensions. The Studio crate runs about 844 lb, a dealer-reported figure, since LeisureCraft does not publish a packaged weight.


Inspect before you sign

Photograph any damage and write it on the Bill of Lading before you sign, then call us within 72 hours. A clean signature makes a freight claim very hard to win. The crate arrives on an LTL truck and curbside is what is included; Professional Setup & Assembly is an option in the buy box above. Either way, confirm the crate dimensions and your access route with us before you order, that is the step that goes wrong most often.

Because each unit is cut for your order, LeisureCraft does not accept returns or exchanges at any point. If your build has not started we will do everything we can to cancel at no cost, call us the moment anything changes. Read our LeisureCraft shipping policy and return policy before ordering, and call us with any doubt, because we would rather talk it through first.

Before you start. Heat loads the cardiovascular system. If you are pregnant, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a seizure disorder or diabetes, have a pacemaker or another implanted cardiac or electronic device, are recovering from surgery, have Raynaud's syndrome, or take medication affecting blood pressure, thermoregulation or alertness, speak to your doctor first. This is not an exhaustive list, if you have any health condition, ask your doctor before you start. Never use a sauna after drinking alcohol, and children should not use one unsupervised.

Element Studio 4-person indoor sauna: the questions buyers actually ask

What does the Studio's extra depth actually buy me?

Floor space in front of the bench. The Studio is 64¾ inches deep against 54¾ on both the Nook and the Loft, it is the only size in the range where the depth changes at all. The bench itself is built to the same section on all three, dimensioned at 19 1/2 inches with the upper 36 inches off the floor, so those ten inches all land as clear floor: room to stand up, to towel off inside, and to get past the heater guard while someone else is sitting down.

Does the Studio need a bigger heater than the Loft?

No, both take 6 kW. The Studio holds roughly forty percent more air than the Loft and still sits in the same heater band, which means stepping up to the largest Element does not change your electrical requirement. It is the one place where the biggest model does not cost you more to run the circuit for. Your electrician still sizes the circuit to the specific heater you choose.

Can I put a Studio in a commercial space, a gym, a studio or a clinic?

Physically it is the model that suits a shared room best. The thing to settle first is the warranty: LeisureCraft publishes a five-year residential limited warranty, and we have not seen a published commercial term for this line. Call us before you order and we will get the commercial position confirmed by the factory in writing rather than guess at it. Can I fit a wood-burning heater?

No. The Element line is electric-only by design, because it is built for rooms where a chimney isn't practical. If you want wood-fired heat, look at the outdoor barrel and cabin models instead.

What electrical work does it need?

A dedicated circuit and a licensed electrician. Your heater's own installation manual, your electrician and your local inspector govern; we send you the manufacturer's sheet with your order. Improper installation is excluded from the warranty. The triple-layer wall includes an air gap specifically so the heater and light wiring can be routed inside the wall rather than surface-mounted.

How hard is it to assemble, and how long does it take?

It ships as pre-cut, pre-drilled panels. LeisureCraft's manual calls for two people, a cordless drill, a nail gun, a level and square, silicone, wood glue and putty; the inside corner trims are cut to fit on site. Budget a full day rather than an afternoon. The complete assembly manual is linked on this page so you can read it before you order, not after, and the build video runs the whole thing start to finish.

Will it fit through a standard door?

It arrives as flat panels, not assembled, which is the whole point of the panelized build. The crate is a freight crate rather than a parcel, so plan for the delivery, but the panels are handled one at a time rather than as a finished cabin, so tell us your access route and we confirm the panel sizes with the factory before your build. Assembled, the Studio stands 88.0625" tall, measure your ceiling before you order, and call us if it's tight.

Does it need a floor drain or plumbing?

No. The Element includes a fully framed floor on solid wood joists with a Thermo Grandis surface, so it sits on your finished floor without a drain, a pan or any plumbing. A traditional sauna uses very little water, what you ladle onto the stones evaporates.

What does the warranty cover?

Five years, residential, against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the day you receive it. It is a parts-only warranty, service, labor and installation are excluded, and a replaced part does not restart the five years. Heaters sit outside it and carry their own manufacturer terms, which we confirm in writing with your order. Full terms are on the LeisureCraft warranty page.

Can I pay for this over time?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout on orders up to $30,000. Terms, the length of the plan and whether interest applies all depend on the amount financed and on approval, so the exact offer is the one presented to you at checkout rather than anything we can quote here. Call us if you would rather talk it through before you apply.

What happens if I change my mind after ordering?

Every Element is cut for your specific order, so LeisureCraft does not accept returns or exchanges at any point, that is their policy, not a restocking-fee arrangement, and we would rather you knew it before you order than after. If your build has not started we will do everything we can to cancel it at no cost to you, which is why the single most useful thing you can do is call the moment anything changes. Is a traditional sauna safe for me?

For most healthy adults, used sensibly, yes, but heat genuinely loads the cardiovascular system, so this is a question for your doctor rather than for us. Speak to them first if you are pregnant, have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, a seizure disorder or diabetes, have a pacemaker or another implanted cardiac or electronic device, are recovering from surgery, have Raynaud's syndrome, or take medication affecting blood pressure, thermoregulation or alertness. That list is not exhaustive. Never use a sauna after drinking alcohol, and children should not use one unsupervised.

We buy directly from the manufacturer in Melancthon, Ontario, your build is placed against your order, and we send you LeisureCraft's warranty terms with your order confirmation. When something needs sorting out, we deal with the factory on your behalf.
